The D.C.A serves as a foundation to protect the common public from any "Irregular" phenomena. Have you ever noticed any strange abnormalites around you? Has anything you've seen everyday start to appear strange? The D.C.A is here to take care of that. These abnormalities, or "Aberritions", can and may cause harm to you or someone you know.
The The D.C.A determines the category level of each Aberrition reported.
Our top priority is the safety of the general public.
Each Aberrition is well researched, documented, and catagorized.
The D.C.A catagorizes Aberritions into 3 classes:
Benign - Minimal to zero effects.
Hazardous - Moderate to some effects;
Heavenly - Massive to large scale effects.
The D.C.A has also made efforts to to ensure wild life safety. In such, teams of 4 are sent on exploration trips. Aberritions in nature are unusally common. Sea life hosting many abberitions at varyiing depths.
